A: The rates quoted under “meet and greet” includes all services including meeting the passengers at airport, helping out with luggage, parking fee and free waiting time. There are no extra or hidden charges involved here.

A: We never back-off from our bookings. Once we take the booking, our driver will be there waiting for you at the said time. Often time customers can have difficulty to locate the driver outside the airport. This is why we recommend all our esteemed clients to carry our numbers with them and give us a call before leaving, so we can assist you in locating the driver.

Even if you are unable to locate the driver, our chauffeur borne all the expense of fuel, parking fees, time and any other charges. This is why we have to charge our customers even when they are unable to locate chauffeur. We don’t charge in deposit and always depend on goodwill of our customers.

A: All our packages are vehicle based and don’t depend on number of person. You will be paying the amount quoted to you and no more.

A: Yes, we can arrange you a premium booking of combination of vehicles for 50 or more people.

A: We are available 24/7. You can book your ride at any time of day or night. There are no extra charges for peak timings or unsocial hours. We only charge extra amount for Christmas or weather emergencies.

A: You chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrival hall for international flights or just next to baggage claim area for domestic flights. Our chauffeur will be holding a large and clean board with AA Limousine and Sedan logo and your name with flight details. It is recommended to all customers to carry our number and call us immediately if you aren’t able to locate your chauffeur.

A: We have complete airport flight system tracker in all our vehicles. Our chauffeurs will see the timing of landing for your flight and arrive at the right time of flight landing.

A: Yes, all bookings are confirmed via email receipts. We urge our customers to immediately contact us if they don’t receive the booking receipt, because we might not have confirmed your booking in that case. Our system is entirely automated and streamline, so as soon as we receive your booking, an automated confirmation mail is sent to your provided email address.

A: For airport bookings, there is a fair amount of free waiting time, required for passenger to claim baggage and other requisites. This waiting period is absolutely free. However, if there are some exceptional delays due to any other reason, then the waiting charges are applied. We also recommend you to contact our office through any phone if you are late at airport, otherwise you might not find our chauffeur.

A: You are advised to book the right vehicle as per your luggage requirements.
