What to Expect After Booking:
Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive your chauffeur’s contact details via email 6–24 hours before your scheduled pickup (in most service areas). Please note that chauffeur assignments may change prior to your ride. Approximately one hour before pickup, you’ll get a text notification confirming your chauffeur is en route. Upon arrival, they’ll notify you directly.
Airport Pickups: Meeting Your Chauffeur:
For arrivals at Dulles (IAD), Reagan National (DCA), or BWI (BWI), you can choose between Curbside Pickup (standard) or Inside Meet & Greet (additional $25 + parking). If you select curbside, your chauffeur will guide you to the designated passenger pickup area (varies by terminal). For Inside Meet & Greet, they’ll await you at baggage claim with a personalized sign. Important: If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call our team immediately at (+1)-888-583-0779. Leaving the pickup area without notifying AAlimousine and sedan will result in a No-Show Fee (full base fare + applicable charges).
FBO (Private Aviation) Arrivals:
For private flights at Dulles Jet Center or Signature Flight Support, your chauffeur will meet you plane-side or at the FBO’s designated vehicle area.
Pricing & Adjustments:
Your initial reservation estimate does not include gratuities, tolls (including Dulles Toll Road or I-395 Express Lanes), extra stops, waiting time, parking, or other service fees. All-inclusive quotes are honored unless additional stops/wait times are requested mid-ride. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Hourly Reservations:
Billing starts when the vehicle leaves our facility and ends upon its return (“Garage-to-Garage”). Travel time to/from your location is included, with a minimum of 30 minutes each way plus ride time. All hourly bookings round up to the nearest half-hour increment.
Grace Periods & Wait Times:
Please note that waiting times will vary depending on the type of vehicle.
Extra Stops:
Additional stops during point-to-point trips will incur charges depending on the type of vehicle. Stops exceeding one hour convert it to an hourly charter.
Vehicle Upgrades:
Depending on availability, complimentary upgrades (e.g., sedan to SUV) may occur. Note: Upgrades do not permit extra passengers/luggage beyond your original booking. Sedans accommodate 3 passengers max with 2 checked bags or 3 carry-ons. Exceeding this incurs SUV-rate charges.
Cancellation Policy:
- Standard rides (DC Metro Area): Cancel 12 hours pre-pickup to avoid full base fare charges. No-shows incur full fare + fees.
- Long-distance/hourly charters (50+ miles or 3+ hours): 24-hour notice required.
- Large vehicles (e.g., Sprinters): 3–7 days’ notice, depending on vehicle type.
- International: 24-hour cancellation (based on destination time zone).
- Always cancel via our website or by calling (+1-888-583-0779) to avoid fees. Flight cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Fees & Policies:
Standard Transportation Charge (STC): 10% added per trip for DC/MD/VA jurisdictional fees.
Child Safety Seats: Available upon request ($15 fee per seat).
Pets: Small pets in crates/bags preferred. Pets over 30 lbs must ride in SUVs (rear compartment). $50 cleaning fee for excessive shedding/mess. Service animals are exempt.
Cleaning Fee: 50–300+ for spills, stains, smoke odors, or excessive debris.
Washington, DC-Specific Regulations:
DCA/IAD Airport Access Fee: $5.00 added for all Reagan National pickups/drop-offs.
Maryland Toll Surcharge: Actual tolls + 10% service fee apply for BWI or I-95 routes.
Licensing & Compliance:
All vehicles are fully compliant with all local and state licensing and permit requirements.
