Reagan National Airport is the nearest airport to Washington DC. It is not as large as Dulles International Airport but when it comes to lounges it offers a variety of good options for travelers. There are eight lounges at DCA including multiple Admirals Club locations, a Delta Sky Club, The Centurion Lounge, a Capital One lounge and a United Club.
When you are flying for business or vacations a lounge at the airport makes the whole experience comfortable. The condition of DCA lounges has improved a lot in the last few years. Now passengers can wait for their flight by sitting in lounges instead of waiting at a crowded gate. You can relax in a quieter space, enjoy complimentary food and drinks, charge your devices, or work before your flight.
This guide covers every lounge at DCA in 2026. You will learn where to find each one, who can enter, what food is provided and whether showers exist. All the details that matter when you have time to spend at the airport before your flight.
The DCA Lounge Overview
American Airlines has the strongest lounge presence at Reagan National. It has three lounges located across Terminal 2. Travelers can also access the Capital One Landing, Centurion Lounge, Delta Sky Club and United Club in Terminal 2. In Terminal 1 there is only one lounge named the USO Lounge which is located before the security checkpoint.
| Lounge | Terminal/Concourse | Access Type |
| USO Lounge | Terminal 1, pre-security | Military and families only |
| Admirals Club | Terminal 2, Concourses C, D, E | AA status, oneworld, paid day pass |
| Delta Sky Club | Terminal 2, Concourse B | Delta status, SkyMiles cards, paid pass |

| Centurion Lounge | Terminal 2, Concourse B | Eligible Amex cards |
| Capital One Landing | Terminal 2, near Concourse D | Eligible Capital One cards |
USO Lounge
The USO lounge is the odd one in the list because it sits in Terminal 1 before security. It is not open to the general travelling public. It has no food spread, no bar and no shower. But for the ones who qualify for entry it is a free quiet space and the only lounge option if before security check.
Location: It is located near the lost and found, pre-security in Terminal 1
Hours: Open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Who can get in: USO airport lounges are open to active members of the U.S. armed forces, reserves and guard members as well as their families.
What is inside: The USO lounge at Washington-National has air conditioning, coffee, tea, a snack bar, playing cards, TV, lost and found, charging stations, computers and laptops, printers, desks, work areas, Wi-Fi and a library.
Admirals Club
American Airlines runs the largest lounge options at DCA with three Admirals Club lounges located in different parts of Terminal 2. This makes it convenient for travelers because there is usually a lounge close to their departure gate. The lounges are located near Gates C23-C34, D35-D45 and E46-E48.
Admirals Club, Concourse E
This is the newest and most beautiful lounge among the three lounges of Terminal 2.
What is inside: The Admirals Club in Concourse E has modern design and offers amenities like complimentary food and drinks, a full-service bar, high-speed Wi-Fi, a mother’s room and an eight-seat conference room.
Access: Citi AAdvantage Executive World Elite Mastercard primary cardholders get access. Also the passengers who have a same-day boarding pass for an eligible American Airlines flight can access the lounge.
Admirals Club, Concourse C and D
These two lounges cover the rest of the American Airlines gate access. Concourse D is currently being renovated. American Airlines is upgrading this lounge at Reagan National Airport to make it larger. After renovation it will cover over 10,000 square feet of space and about 50% more seating. The updated lounge is also expected to have views of the U.S. Capitol and Washington Monument.
Food and drink: Standard Admirals Club offers coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer and wine, light snacks and rotating small bites. It is not a full meal but still enough for a delay in flight.
Showers: It is generally not provided at the smaller DCA Admirals Club lounges. However, the Concourse E and Concourse D renovation may add these features.
Ratings: These lounges are solid and reliable but not flashy. They are mainly practical spaces where you can work or find a quiet seat.
Delta Sky Club
The Delta Sky Club is located in Concourse B above gate 15. After security you have to take the elevator to the lounge entrance on the second floor.
What is Inside: The Delta Sky Club at DCA Concourse B offers a comfortable space with natural light, complimentary snacks and beverages, a full-service bar, Wi-Fi, business workstations and views of the airfield. Guests can relax or work before their flight in this quiet place. This lounge also has restrooms and flight information screens.
Access: Delta SkyMiles elite members, Delta One ticket holders and American Express Delta cards can access these lounges. Standard Sky Club rules apply limits on guests and number of visits depending on the card.
Ratings: This is the most comfortable lounge at DCA and gives airfield views and natural light set on it.
United Club
The United Club is located in Terminal 2 on Concourse B at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The Delta Sky Clubs and United Club both are near the gate B10-B22.
Access: United Premier status, United Club membership, Star Alliance premium cabin tickets and eligible Chase United co-branded cards.
What is inside: This lounge has standard United Club amenities like self-serve snack and drink stations, a small bar with wine and beer, coffee and a business-style seating layout.
Ratings: This lounge is generally described as good but not exceptional. It is a good place to wait but not a place where travelers expect a special experience.
The Centurion Lounge
This is another credit card lounge at DCA with more dining seating than a typical lounge layout.
Location: After security in Terminal 2, National Hall, near Concourse D. It is accessible from Concourses B, C, D and E.
What is inside: The lounge offers a restaurant-style experience with a menu of special tapas and premium beverages, as well as amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, power outlets at every table and private restrooms.
Access: This lounge is designed for domestic travelers who want a premium pre-flight dining experience. Access is available to American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders.
Ratings: The rating of this lounge is high due to its high food quality and restaurant style seating.
