Client Background
A group of people contacted AA Limousine and Sedan to reserve a stretch limousine for the entire day. The plan they chose was the wine tour through Loudoun County, Virginia. These were 8 friends who wanted to celebrate a milestone birthday. That’s why they requested to make it feel like a fully luxurious ride.
The Problem
The major bottleneck was that wine tours sound simple. You cannot add much luxury to such tours. But on the request of our client, we had to do something to make it feel completely luxurious. For this, we planned the entire ride. The group was unfamiliar with which wineries to visit and how to pace the day. There are over 50 wineries, so choosing the right one in the right order is complex for a person.
Our Solution
We plan the entire ride from the beginning to the end. We used our previous data about the wineries and checked the ratings our previous clients gave to each winery.
Vehicle assigned
A stretch limousine was assigned for the 8 guests with room for comfort. The limousine had a mini bar, RGB lighting, and automated climate control features, which added more charm to the wine tour for our guests.
Itinerary built around the group
Our professional ride planner selected 3 wineries using the past data and sequenced everything based on the variety and scenery, or the quality experience. The first winery was Stone Tower Winery, as it offers a panoramic hilltop view. The second winery is Chrysalis Vineyard, and we kept it second because of its award-winning performance for Norton grape wines. And the last was Willocroft Farm Vineyards, which is known as the oldest winery, for a more rustic and intimate finish to a day.
