Client Background

The personal assistant of a high-profile corporate executive contacted AA Limousine and Sedan for the ultra-luxury FBO arrival transfer. The executive was arriving in Washington at IAD Airport on a private charter jet through Signature Flight Support FBO. He was traveling alone and coming to Washington to attend back-to-back business meetings.

PA cleared the standard that there should be no delay. They needed a vehicle that provides quiet operation and is comfortable for both the executive and his PA. They were expecting zero distraction, professionalism, and punctuality.

The Problem

There is a difference between a good pickup and an ultra-luxury pickup that makes the passenger feel different. They set different conditions that the executive will not keep waiting for the vehicle. It must be staged inside the Signature FB facility. And there should be no unnecessary communication. Lastly, they needed flexible services to attend back-to-back meetings.

Our Solution

AA Limousine and Sedan assigned one of its most experienced executive drivers the transportation. We planned the entire read after reconciling venue details. Our team made a strategy to prevent delays and used our late model Cadillac Escalade with tinted windows. We prepared the vehicle, cleaned the entire interior and exterior, and replaced its tires to give it the look of a brand-new vehicle.

Pre-Arrival: We pre-registered the vehicle for the Signature Flight Support operations and submitted the driver’s credentials.

Discretion protocol: We instructed the driver to wait for the executive near the arrival area and make humble eye contact. There should be no announcement, no signage, and no handshakes or greetings.

En route standard: the driver avoided any unnecessary interaction with the executive, the cabin lighting was adjusted to a low setting, and the driver confirmed the destination quietly while our team was providing the details about routes.

The Results

  • The executive had a completely professional and quiet environment to prepare for meetings.
  • Zero waiting at any point from the aircraft to the door of the meet and greet.
  • Adjusted routes for the entire ride in order to attend back-to-back meetings on time.

Personal assistant feedback:

“He does not say anything unless something goes wrong. But this time after the meeting and dinner, he called me and asked about who arranged the car. I told him it was me, and he appreciated that I chose the right transportation company.”
