Client: Parent committees and students
Service: Luxury prom transportation
Location: Montgomery County and Prince George’s County, Maryland
Fleet: 14 vehicles
Date: April 2026
Client Background
5 schools in Maryland required a luxury prom transportation service in the middle of April. The service was booked by student committees and parent groups from Maryland high schools. The number of passengers was 200 students. There were different pickup locations across Montgomery County and Prince George’s County.
The Problem
Parents want their children to travel from one location to another safely. While passengers or students want to feel the moment. And schools want to keep everything on time so there is no mismanagement. The real challenge was picking up students from different locations and dropping them off at access to five different schools.
Major Concerns
- Student pickup locations were in two different counties of Maryland.
- Passengers expected real luxury transportation, not a shuttle feeling.
- All vehicles were required to arrive on time without delays.
- Return rides also must be equally organized.
Our Solution
AA Limousine and Sedan sequenced everything on the page. We relied on the expertise of our expert ride planners, who made a complete strategy for the prom transportation. We assigned the vehicles, chose routes and predicted the number or hours for each group independently.
Fleet deployed
- 4 stretch limousines for large student groups
- 3 Hummer limousines for smaller groups and couples
- 3 luxury party buses for school group bookings
- 2 luxury sedans for individual and couple bookings
Pickup structure
The ride planner grouped students by neighborhood and school. We chose a designated pickup point for each group of students. For this, we confirmed the pickup time with parents 48 hours in advance. For the safety concerned parents, we informed them about the commercial insurance policy of AA Limousine and Sedan.
Parent communication
We communicated with every parent and assigned the driver’s name and contact number. Our chauffeur considered buffer time in order to eliminate delays. Additionally, we sent real time updates when the drivers were 15 minutes away from the designated pickup location.

Venue coordination
All vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, stretch limos and Hummer limos, were staggered in 10 minutes arrival intervals at the avenue. It reduced the congestion pileup at the entrance.
Return rides
Before returning, realtime updates were sent to the parents with the designated drop off locations for all groups. Chauffeurs safely dropped every student at the location as scheduled.
The Results
- 200 students were transported with zero incident rates.
- All vehicles arrived on time, even with 5 to 10 minute intervals.
- Each stoop was picked up on time and there were zero late pickups reported.
- All students returned to their homes safely on time.
Parent feedback after the night
“The vehicle was awesome. It really impressed me. The driver was professional and the car was immaculate. My kid felt like she was a special guest at the prom.”
